Formely a Professor at the Gia Dinh National College of Fine Arts, Truong Thi Thinh has a lyrical impressionist style that reflects a confluence of Eastern and Western artistic traditions. Well known as a portrait painter in the Vietnamese American community. Thinh uses varying intensitives of color to create works, emotions, and symbolic imagery.
Immigrated in United States in 1986. Live in San Jose, California.
